Submit a Request
You can request support in a few different ways. If you're reading this, you're SO CLOSE!
Self Solve in our Help Center
Check out our Help Center and search or browse for what you're looking for. We have lots of articles to try to point you in the right direction, and there are often a few ways to self-solve your question or request.
Chat
Hit the handy HELP button in the lower-right corner of our Help Center home page and you'll be greeted with our handy Answer Bot. Ask a question and Answer Bot might find an answer for you!
Otherwise, wait a moment and you'll have an option to "get in touch." This will initiate a chat with an available IT Service Desk Agent.
Ticket
You can click Submit a Request or email it@zendesk.com for a more asynchronous experience. We work as a global team, so you may see responses from several agents around the world as we work to resolve your issue or accommodate your request.
On-Site Support
Many office locations have Zendesk IT team members on staff. If you're in an office, stop by the Reception area to see if you have support available on-site for your location.
