When submitting a ticket to RevOps, use the SFDC Submission Form right from the Opportunity! This gives us all the information we need to quickly assist you.
This Ticket Form is for REVOPS ONLY. Requests include:
- Quote to cash inquiries, deal structuring, quoting assistance, commercial terms assistance, finance approvals, and advice on quoting.
- General invoicing or churn requests
- General quoting assistance and many answers to your questions can also be found in our Help Center Here
This Ticket Form IS NOT for SalesOps inquiries which commonly include:
- Deal approval inquiries, issues or bypasses, MRR updates prior to stage 06, questions on rules of engagement (territory, account ownership, overlays), and access to CPQ or SFDC fields.

Step 1: Click "Submit RevOps Ticket"

Step 2: Complete the required information and provide a brief description of your request.

Step 3: Hit Next! A ticket will generate in Z2.

NOTE: You must be connected to the VPN in order to submit a request through the SFDC form! If you are not connected, you will see an error message.
To fix this error, follow these steps:
- Connect to whichever GlobalProtect VPN Gateway you'd like
- Log out of SalesForce
- Log back into SalesForce
- Create your ticket as normal!
