Before you submit a referral, review our Employee Referral Bonus policy to ensure you're eligible for the referral bonus. *The referral must be made before the referred applicant applies to an open position by any other means*
- Open the Internal Career Site and Referral Portal in Okta. Find access instructions here.
- Click REFER* from any job listing, be it on a job recommendations list, as shown below, or from the "Browse Jobs" page.

*If you don't see the REFER button, it means the role is only accepting internal applicants. Please contact the Recruiter for additional information. - Upon clicking to refer, a dialog box will appear with the job’s referral form. Complete all required fields and any optional fields you would like to include, such as the candidate’s resume or phone number.

- Click Submit to continue to additional questions about the candidate.
- Answer the questions provided. You may choose to include a personalized message, which will display in the email sent to your friend.

- Click Send Referral.
- A confirmation message will appear to share that the referred candidate has been emailed to notify them of the referral and provide a link to the job description so that they can apply.

- You may then view the hiring status of your job-specific referrals on the "My Referrals" page.
- If you would like to look up the hiring manager or the recruiter on the role, scroll to the bottom of the post on the Internal Career Site and both will be listed at the end.
Note: All referrals need to apply through the email generated by your referral submission in order to be considered for the role. (Learn how to send a reminder email to encourage referrals to apply).
