Off Cycle Start Dates 

Any date outside of the above dates is considered ‘Off Cycle’, which means that it is not supported by People and Places. This means you will have sole responsibility for getting your new hire up and running (think IT setup, resource/benefits walkthroughs, etc.). 

Please follow the Hiring Manager Expectations for Off Cycle Starts to better understand these responsibilities and for some helpful tips to create a positive new hire experience.
